Used size H hook for R1-13, size I for R14-54 (pattern said to go back to smaller hook for R50-54 but I forgot to!).

I cut my yarn after every round until I reached round 36. Then I only cut it when changing colors and never cut the white til the end. It was easy to carry up the yarn starting with R36.
