Didn’t swatch (nothing new!)

Cast on with 10mm (Addi circular) needles and found it too loose so once the brim channel was made, I switched to 9mm and it’s much better.

After joining to knit in the round, I’m getting horrible laddering between the decreases either side of the marker. Not sure how to remedy, so off to search…….

REMEDIED: thanks to other projects.
- Knit to 3 sts before marker, decrease, knit 1 st either side of marker, then second decrease.

As I only had 9mm knitpro symphonies (which are sticky with this yarn and pretty sharp, so not enjoyable to knit this on!!) I found it pretty hard going to magic loop smaller numbers and changed back to 10mm (Millard plastic) DPNs from about 30 sts which were far easier to knit with and much quicker.
