I was looking for an amigurumi Axolotl, found a posting on crafster of a little axolotl made by catwithoutmouth link text , clicked on the link to the picture, and knew I had to make one myself. Since there was no pattern, I just looked at the pictures and improvised. I also wired his arms.
I loved how he turned out so much, I was tempted not to give him to my girlfriend, for whom I was making him.
I think I’ll make some more Axolotls and I’ll take better notes next time so that I can write a pattern for him. That way anyone can have a little Axolotl…
