Notes

I really enjoyed making Meghan’s Hat last year, I fell in love with its texture so I decided to use the same stitch pattern to make this nice and cozy legwarmers.

And here’s how I did it:

Rnd 1: 33 fsc (or any multiple of 11), join into first fsc

Rnd 2: Ch 1, esc in same st as ch, esc in next 2 sts, fpdc in next 2 sts, esc in next 3 sts, sk next st, V-puff in next st, sk next st, * esc in next 3 sts, fpdc in next 2 sts, esc in next 3 sts, sk next st, V-puff in next st, sk next st; repeat from* around, join into first esc.

After that, I kept repeating rounds 9 and 10 from the pattern until I reached desired length, ending with round 9.
After that, I worked the ribbing (without changing the hook) exactly as described in the pattern, added one final plain sc round, and voila - Meghan’s hat turned into legwarmers!
