This cardigan was a fairly quick and easy knit. The name is horribly ironic, because my sister is the furthest thing from a schoolmarm, but I tease her about being one all the time. She’s an amazing primary school teacher and very well liked by her students. She had been asking me to knit her an oversized cardigan in a neutral color to throw on when her class room got chilly. It’s a well written pattern…BUT, if you don’t like seaming, you’ll hate it! I’m actually one of those really weird folks who like seaming and finishing work, so I enjoyed the whole process. My sister loved it! If it’s knit for any woman with a large bust (C cup or larger) I would recommend you do some short row shaping on the left and right fronts to avoid the bottom from pulling up in the front (see the profile pic) as the hem is already designed short for a more petit stature.
