1/1 ~ Have taken a break on this this week while waiting on 16” 0 needle. Was using two circulars (0 & 1.5) but it was knitting up too loosely that way.

12/25 ~ Spent some time late morning knitting while everyone enjoyed their gifts. Joined the earflaps and began on the hat. Joined the earflaps by knitting through both loops (like 3 needle BO) at the same time.

Started the earflaps just like a toe-up sock: I cast on 38 sts using Magic Cast On, and then knit them double-sided with one chart repeat on each needle.
