These mitts will be made to go with my Barndom (which I’ve still to start). I think those two patters fit perfectly well and so I chose the same colors.
I’m just waiting für the right double pointed needles. :)

Needles arrived. Special thanks to Kosima (coutry-creativ) for being soooo fast. :) I’ve chosen a set of ravishingly beautiful ebony double pointed needles size 5mm. I couldn’t resist to directly cast on the mitts. This is definitely a fast knit! Could be done in a day, but I’ve still the Bolting on my needles, too. :D

Back to the mitts. Now the first one is done. :) And I’ve to admit: tis is an addictive knit. It’s a pity that I’ll not be able to knit during the next days.

CO second mitt. To much work today, otherwise it would be finished by now. More that half of the ‘body’ done.

And then I couldn’t stay away and had to finish the second mitt. I knitted until 2:10 am. yawn Weaved all ends in and already washed the mitts. now they’re nearly dry and I’m going to wear them when I go to the Wupperstrick-Treff. Maybe I’ll be able to make a good pic while there.
