After several false starts, I’m doing this single stranded with the red heart. I’m planning on using the fun fur to crochet up the outside of the dragon after it’s done to add some fur texture.

3-15-10 - the knitting is done, and I’ve purchased some cool eyes. All that’s left is to sew him up, stuff him, and then get started on that sparkly fur.

3-28-10 - He is finally finished, and just in time for Patrick’s birthday tomorrow! I had to crochet the fur onto him while nursing Christopher! I still have to get a picture of the dragon with the birthday boy though.

8-8-10 update - won a 2nd place ribbon at the Johnson County Fair in the knitted novelty class!
