12/9: Haven’t gotten too far…I used to really love this yarn, but this ball is either way more splitty than the ones I got last year or I’m pickier now.
12/16: blergh. not going to fit dad -- may not even fit ME. stupid yarn.
12/17: plan (so I don’t forget) redo on 6s, CO 48 and do k4 p2 rather than k4 p1.
12/18: 6s too lose, but 5s with k4p2 seems to be perfect.
12/22: modifications -- cast on 48. k4p2 rib. 10 rows to cables. Only 4 cables, skipped the last set. 25 rows from last cable row to thumb row. BO/CO 7 for thumb hole. Then 13 rows to bind off.
