This project is a commission that came in via Twitter. A friend saw someone they follow asking for a knitter and he passed the request on to me. The customer has a friend expecting their first baby (a boy) and he wanted a doll knitted for the baby, in a Nottingham Forest kit and with as much resemblance to Stuart Pearce as I could manage.

I found this pattern online and it looked perfect so I ordered the brochure in right away. All I’m planning to change is the hair colour to light brown and I’m going to do my best shot to put a number 3 on the back of the shirt. We’ll see how well that goes!
