In addition to the yarns above, some fingering weight MCN I hand dyed in pale grey, pink and mint.

499 stitch cast on, then looooooooong rows of linen stitch.

I knitted a few stockinette stitches on each end, then knotted the ends, cut them short (0.5cm/0.25”) and picked up and knit a little facing to cover.
