Notes

1-18-10 8:15 AM I arranged them all and sewed them together. I love this scarf, as usual. It is substantial, warm, and it looks great. I am weaving in ends and I have to add the sections, but it´s coming out great. :)

1-17-10 I made 12 lemons, 4 pink grapefruits, and 2 limes. I don’t think the scarf will be that long, so I will have to decide what to do with the extras once it is assembled. But it’s looking great so far. :)

This scarf is adorable and it’s going great. At first I did a lemon slice that ended up looking like pie. I am going to add that to the cookie scarf when I do it.

Then I found out how to do the lemons. I had to combine yarns because I didn’t have homespun.

pulp- hand-dyed fisherman’s wool + yellow Trigo
White part- paton’s natural wool + omega cotton
Rind - double filati acrylic

I’m just going to use up the yellow fisherman’s wool and then I’ll start with other citrus colors. I think I can do the pink lemonade with more hand-dyed combos. :)
