This is actually the second one of these I’ve made. I created a written English translation, but can’t get hold of the designer to get it added to the rav pattern page. It’s such a great pattern - very tolerant of variations in gauge in my hand spun.

The first one I made was from about 100g of Merino dyed for me by my yarn sister in shades of green->nearly yellow. It was among my earliest handspun projects and was made for me.

This one is a late Christmas gift for a very good friend who complained she never wore hats even in the coldest weather due to static shock problems. I promised to make her one that wouldn’t give her shocks because it would be made from 100% wool which won’t build up static like synthetics do.
