Took two truly ugly cream/beige/gray Gedifras and overdyed it a very violet blue, along with a slightly less offensive pink and white skein of the same yarn, to get two coordinating but slightly different tonal palettes.

I cast two mittens onto double circulars for the cuff and beginning of gusset, but due to the increase/decreases being different on each mitten it was too much for my little brain to reverse and offset each instruction to make them both at the same time beyond that, so when the thumb gusset stitches went onto waste yarn I let one mitten languish on dpns while I worked the other, then did the mirror/swap bit to finish them off.

Dyeing excluded, from cast on to bind off the set took just over four hours to complete. It was a nice, quick little knit on a yarn that has very few patterns written for it.
