Edited on 2/16/14 to add new photos after reblocking, with a better fit through the neckline and shoulders. This is now my go-to cardi. I love it!

The pattern calls for bulky, I wanted to use an Aran. Going up a needle size (from US 9 to US 10) for the main body of knitting gave gauge and I didn’t have to do any math conversions. :)

No mods, knitted as written. The neckline as blocked out to the pattern schematic is just a little too wide, so I may re-block it, but I don’t think it looks dreadful as is.

Due to the vagaries of lighting, the pictures taken outside (with me wearing the cardigan) are the most accurate colorwise.

Beautifully written pattern done in a gorgeous yarn. I’m very happy with the results.
