Knit up in a couple of hours.
Used a US#4 thruout.
Cast on 70 for the smallest size but knit to 5 inches high. Knit for a newborn.
The hat knit up large in width but small in height. If I were to make it again I would make it slightly taller.
Added a crochet ribbon weaved into the eyelets & tied into a bow. Made the eycord long enough to sew down to form a loop at the top.
