Love this Mandala Madness CAL and MANDALA Yarn.
The big Point is to cut or not to cut Yarn to complet a round. started again .
7/16/17 Part 1 .Done rounds 1-16 Diameter 12”
7/19/17 Part 2 Done rounds 17-23 Diameter 17”
7/20/17 Part 3 Done rounds 24-29 Diameter 21’
8.9/17 Part 4 Done rounds 30-34 Diameter 27”. Interruption I made one Rosslyn and 3 #Sweet Caroline 3 week CAL.#
8/17/17 Part 5 Done rounds 35--40 Diameter. 34”
8/18/17 Part 6 Done rounds 41-46 , Diameter 38”. Notes on Part 6. Round 44 is bobbles ans used 2 colors. lot of work an time.
Round 46 calls for Ch1 skip 1, DC. That made too big a hole. so I used 2 sizes down to E hook and did hdc. will do the same in Part 15 too. I like it snug and not too loose. here.
8/20/17 Part 7 Done rounds 47-52. Again round 51 Bobbles used 2 colors and lot of time.
8/21/Part 8. rounds 53-58. round 56 is LOOOONG stitches. using colors of chimera cake 3. Solar Eclipse.
8/22/17 Part 8 Done. Diameter 44”
8/27/17 Part 9 Done Rounds 59-63.
9/6/17 Part 10 Done rounds 64-70
9/16/17 Parts 11 2 rounds,skip Parts 12,13,14,15,16.
9/20/17 parts 17 and 18 Done.Round 111. Diameter 63” Total 10 Cakes.
I rounded it off in 2 rounds on Part 11 and skipped 12, round 86 of part13 of ch2.2dc which makes it very wobly. and loose. Skipped Part 14 and last round the front loop triple crochet last round on round 81 and folding SC on round 98 of part 15. continued on to Part 15 with scallops with 13 stitches in between to fit the total number of stitches. Enjoyed Parts 16,17 and 18. Love the last round 111 with Crab stitch making it very strong edge. Love it and no one can see the difference.Looks a complete mandala. Lot less work and complete with beautiful scallops and the right size I want..
