I wanted to try to size up the baby version to a more sophisticated black silk-wool to get a sleek look for me.

I love ‘em! They actually kinda make my shoes into instant boots on cold days. I made them extra long so that they would go over the heels and even over my knee if it’s really cold. The gloss at this weight didn’t seem quite as nice as the HW I worked with before, but it still came out really soft and cozy. It also knit up pretty much like the worsted wt. I used for Lil One’s version, so I’d say it’s bit fluffier than the average dk yarn.
