Notes

Mods: up a needle size for body and rib to get gauge. Picked up an extra 4 sts at underarm, then knitted as per the M size. Knitted the sleeves to 19” before the cuff ribbing.

Super-quick knit in mainly stocking stitch bulky yarn (you knit the tunic inside out, so the reverse stocking stitch becomes the right side). As always with Veera’s designs, there’s some interesting little detail: in this case, the extra sts at the pocket cast on… just inspired to give that extra fabric at the front, so it’s more comfortable to have your hands in your pockets!

And I’m so in love with this halfway through testing, that I’m already planning another one!

Yarn: I really like this yarn: a bit splitty but, once you get into a rhythm of knitting with it, it’s absolutely fine. A good range of gentle colours too: this one, a soft duck egg blue. The only downside is the inability to splice with this yarn, due to the acrylic content. Very reasonably priced though: I think this ended up costing about £27!

final thoughts: great pattern, lovely comfortable result which I’ve been wearing all the time. Thanks, Veera, I thoroughly enjoyed testing this! heart_eyes+1blush
