I’m loving this pattern. It is fully written and charted and with picture tutorials, and the foundation row construction was new to me. There are four sizes plus instructions on how to make a custom size if none of the others appeal.

The foundation chain was challenging and I’m finding I have to really pay attention at the start of each row, but once I’m past that it’s fairly straightforward with the chart to keep me on track.

The yarn is a lovely, smooth, springy merino. It seems more of a sport weight than a 4 ply.

I made the oversized size but with only one repeat of the large flower pattern. I didn’t use all my yarn.
