2.6.12I thought i had lost this project but i found it in the depths of a cluttered cupboard.
This is a filet crochet curtain that I started making twenty (Eeek!) years ago when I lived in a house with a window it fitted.
Now I don’t : )
This was my other big project that i took to places where I’d be rather inactive otherwise-like Drs waiting rooms, bustops, meetings, therapy workshops : )
It was nearly finished a few years back and then I discovered that I’d made a mistake about halfway through so I undid it back to there, and started again.
I wish I had a single window that it fits. Nearly all our windows are in sets of two or 3 so I’d have to make at least one more. Oh, no!
I think I’ll just hang it in the middle of three windows and make co-ordinating curtains for the other two.
I’m quite impressed that I actually made this :)

2018
I finally found a place to use this curtain, as a privacy curtain on our downstairs kitchen window. I undid some of the stitches (yes, all those hours of work) to make it Cafe curtain length and it was perfect for the room. I’m very happy to have it hung and on display.
