I wasn’t sure how I liked this as I was working on it. Nice that there’s enough of each stripe to complete each point, it really just seemed like any average toy available for purchase at a store. Boring! But once stuffed, the awesomeness became fully apparent.

The second ring of colours was a bit of a challenge to work out. After knitting and pulling out 3 or 4 points, I ended up working it out on paper first. It was the only was to keep my sanity and keep two of the same colour from touching.

My one big change to the pattern was on the last point. I didn’t stuff before starting it. I picked up stitches along 4 of the 5 sides and cast on stitches for the remaining side. This left me a gap big enough for stuffing without having to graft on an entire point.

Oh and like my last one, I used a crochet provisional cast on when starting each point.
