Did 5 lace pattern repeats. In the last 14 rows I decreased another 10 stitches to 100.

I used this method to bind off: http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=1B9gveofTTg&desktop_ur...

It looks great, but can be really tedious to pick up the purl bumps. The first time I winged it and the result was bad. The second time I took the time to run a lifeline through the purl bumps after knitting only a couple rows further than the row being picked up. Worked perfectly.

Great pattern for a largish skein of sock yarn. Impressive results. This is a gift but if I were to make one for myself I would start and end with fewer stitches to make it a bit tighter around my neck.
