I can’t resist this yarn any longer and also, I can’t resist the idea of having a new garment ready in a couple of days.
So here I go. I admit it is a little bit pricey for my budget, but totally worth it.
Also, you wouldn’t think that this is too much color… But for me… IT IS A LOT OF COLOR!!!!

I wish I could take better pictures, but my cammera broke and I depend on the cammera from my work… :( They do not do the color justice…

The body of the vest was worked sideways, joining the front and the back using kitchener stitch.
The the hem was knit from the top down, in the round.
The front is owkred in a textured stitch pattern, and the back in reverse stockinette stitch.

Provisionally cast on 22.
3rd row: kfb, k to end
4th row: k1, p1, repeat….
before 5th: cast on 11 new st
5th: knit
6th: purl
7th knit
8th k1p1
continue
row 17th: bo 4
row 18: do not purl last stitch, turn work
row 19: SSK, bo1 knit
repeat this type of decrease 1 time more
