I had the worst time with this pattern. Finally figured it out thou and I’m now onto my 3rd pair. They work up super fast, but I do like using chunky yarn instead of 2 strands of worsted. I made a pair out of universal classic chunky for my MIL, and this pair was made out of the classic shades double stranded.
