I wanted a roomier bag so I started with a solid base and worked up instead of down, with an I-cord bind-off. I also modified the pattern by knitting every round.

Because the contrast color overlaps somewhat with the main color, the V pattern is not as clear in my version.

Loved the Lanaloft -- so soft and yummy.
