In the body, skipping the A-Line increases. Keeping fingers crossed that it doesn’t end up being too big. There’s no way of knowing until the body is completed and blocked (to find out the drapeyness of the fabric).

After knitting about 5” of the body after joining in the round, I switched over to start the sleeves with a new skein of yarn.

After finishing the Sleeve Cap, picking up stitches, at first I had too many picked up. Went back and carefully picked up at every other row/stitch at the curves, and the count worked out correctly.

Tried it on and I think even if it’s a little baggy, I can layer it over a long sleeve shirt… What matters is the shoulders and underarm are a good fit and the length is right.

Since the body is so wide and I’m concerned my shoulders will be swallowed, I’ll modify my sleeves a bit.

First, pick up neck stitches. I liked the neck finishing. Brings it up a bit more. (Less of that ‘swallowing’).

Knitting sleeves to about 6.5”, then after switching to US2’s, decreasing by 1/3rd (K1, k2tog for the entire round). Proceed knitting cuff in seed stitch with US2’s. Length of sleeve hits just above my elbow crease. 46 rows + 1 plain + decrease row + 16 seed stitch rows.
