I made the mistake of buying four colours of yarn and now I cannot decide which three to do for my Color Affection! This yarn is not the nice soft recommended merino but is 75% superwash wool and 25% nylon - ideal for socks but maybe a little too coarse for a shawl. I did get gauge with the suggested 4 mm needles, though, and knitted these samplers using that needle size. Now I just have to choose one and start the shawl.
