The thread is very lovely with shine & thickness. But I found it hard to crochet. It was too difficult to maintain the tension. The bag is now stiff and nice to hold.

First I started the fat bag but could not do the DC in this thread neatly, so ripped and started with SCs but with the thick turning chains and wrong increases, I ripped again and started a circular pattern of my own.It never lifted up, so again ripped and then started this pattern.
I followed the pattern to make the base and later went on spirals. Also I crocheted only on front loops. I almost finished but the thread finished, so I joined the thread again in the last row, which is not neatly joined and seen outside. Will glue and see.

The flower is a simple one.
Ch5, Ring, 10 sc. ( ss,ch2, 2 dc, ch2 ) , ss in next st.
I went for widely spaced petals as the closely spaced ones were not laying flat.
