9/16:
Not too crazy about CO 198 stitches. Plus, with my luck, joining that long of a round would probably spell disaster, and get twisted! So decided to go a safer route and start this cape top down instead.

Start with 8” circular, then switch to 16” after all the inc.
CO 110, inc evenly in place of dec.
1st inc - m1, k5
2nd inc - m1, k6
3rd inc - m1, k7
4th inc - m1, k8

Wanted a longer cape, so knitted 7 more rows before begin Lace Patt.

On Lace Patt - switch k2tog and ssk:

• ssk in place of k2tog
• k2tog in place of ssk

Ran out of Lorna’s yarn, used Cherry Potluck, and it turned out surprisely well! The contrasting color gave the bottom of the cape a great finish!
