Notes

Those the pattern wants me to use wool for the exterior and alpaca for the lining, I’ve decided to just use wool for both.

This will be my first time felting a project where the final outcome needs to be a specific size. I’m a little nervous about that but I still have some time to look up some tips before the time comes.

02.11.09 - Started these tonight at a friends house while watching The Night at the Museum. I completed the top/back part for one of the linings. I hope to have this project completed in a few weeks.

02.15.09 - I finished one of the linings today! I’m am however, not looking forward to the amount of seaming I have to do once the linings and exteriors are finished. I’m excited to felt though! It’ll be interesting to see how this very large slipper shrinks down into it’s normal felted size!

07.26.2011 : Been hibernating for years…finally moving it to it’s proper place. I still want to finish these someday as every winter I wish I had them to put on my freezing feet!
