Ugg on the yarn-it started on a dark section which made the first 7 rows difficult at best. I ended up using my thinnest stitch holders manage row 7. The yarn is quite splitty.

My tentative plan in each section is to remove 1 set of rows after the first increase row. Calculations say I will have almost 3 rows extra for the ruffle so I may be able to get close to 11 rows.

3/25 It didn’t work, I was only able to do 5 rows of the ruffle. Had I not adjusted the other rows I would not have had enough to add any ruffle.
