Mods: I CO 132 st. Increased to 144 before lace pattern.

Knit this for my daughter for the national festivities 17 May in case of cold weather, but the day turned out beautiful and she had no need for it.

Update: It was a bit (very) sloppy after blocking, so I turned it into a cowl for myself instead! Very pleased with the result.
