I really really love this! I’ve wore this so many times after finishing. It has some pilling in the sleeves but not much.
The safety pin I use for closing this is made by Markus from Manalan Paja.

Debating myself wheather to knit this top down. Just hate to knit bottom up!

Top down it is!
Starting the cardi same way as this. So there will not be sewing - not even for the neck extensions. I’m aiming for PU ratio 3 out of 4sts from the edge of the extension. Have to do some math to get 4sts for the sleeves and ~30sts for the back out of it. =26rows for both sides.
Indiecita has put down some notes how to convert the Seed Wishbone Pattern into top down design.
And I suggest that if you knit this top down you convert the Ear of Corn pattern like this: p2, LT2, RT2, p2.

Reached the point when the body and the sleeves will be divided.
Casted on 6 new sts for underarms and knitted faux side seam with 2sts in garter st.
The 1st skein took me very very far - to the waist! I’m going to knit the sleeves from the new skein first and then continue the bodypart.

SO close! So close to get this finished… Only bottom ribbing to do - and I might run out of yarn. Fortunatelly I work at my LYS so bought some more yarn today :)
6.5mm for the body, 6mm for ribbings.
