Notes

A pair of legwarmers inspired by the bumblebee socks.

10 bees per round. 9 sets of bees per legwarmer. There are 25 rounds of rib to start and end each legwarmer over 9/10th the stitches, and using 2mm needles.

The bees are made from brown and yellow yarn striped, rather than the self-striping used in the original pattern. I wove the ends in as I worked the piece, otherwise it would been very painful to finish up!

Yes, the “covered in bees” is an Eddie Izzard reference.
