July 16 - Finally picked this back up today - and finished it. Very pretty!

Nov 17 - This is going along swimmingly now. I am almost done the first panel. It is sort of an in-between everything else kind of project. I think if I had time to just sit and knit this could be done in a day or two. Took a picture today. Will post soon.

Later Nov 2 - I think I figured out the issues in Row 5. Where there is a K6, it should be K4, and the K4 after it should be a K2. Will work on this tonight to see if I am accurate. And…received an answer from the lovely designer. The pattern has been corrected and updated. :)

November 2 2009: There seems to be an issue with the pattern when you get to Row 5. There are not enough stitches to complete the instructions. Awaiting response from designer.

Started on Hallowe’en:
Yesterday I fell in love with this pattern but didn’t have yarn to start it. I had been wanting to get to The Needle Emporium in Ancaster, ON - which is an AWESOME yarn store. I saw this malabrigo and knew the two were destined to join hands as pattern and yarn …forever!
This will be my first real attempt at knitting cables!
