Notes

It’s a cowl for George Bailey because it is a buffalo cowl. Hah - I crack myself up.

Knit out of 2-ply heavy lace weight bison spun from Judith Mackenzie bison fiber.

Finished cowl weighs 25 g. I used a provisional cast on so that I could do a sewn bind off on that end (as suggested by Raveler Lifesastitch, too, for perfect symmetry and stretch. That worked well.

The pattern is good - clear chart, well thought out design. The description of the first line could be confusing to a new chart reader - work 7 repeats around the first round, not 7 rounds of the first row! Also, specifying a stretchy cast on would have been a good add.

Easy and fast knit for those experienced with charts and lace.
