Cast on 15 stitches with Judy’s Magic Cast on. Increased to 25 stitches (5 increases), then increases to 31 stitches for instep (25 sts for sole). Will work foot in pattern. Planning on attempting the Sweet Tomato Heel

I’m finding that I’m thrilled that I chose this pattern to work while I wait to go home. The designer is kind enough to treat the knitter as a thinking human being…For Example, her toe instructions are “Work your favorite toe.” Seriously! No explicit instructions on which toe I must work? Excellent!

I didn’t expect to attempt a third sock for SKA for the month of February. But here I am, in the hotel room in Maine, having finished one of my planned socks, with the yarn of a frogged sock (the February Solid Socks Mystery KAL) and, hey why not cast on another sock. So here we go!
