Notes

Had a whale of a time taking part in my first ever knit-along (a mystery one at that). A great way to begin what is going to be a marvellous year.

Blocked dimensions: 177 x 57

Gauge: 22 stitches and 30 rows on 3.5mm needles. Changed to 4mm needles for the final clue (which used just under 75g of yarn)

The Fyberspates Vivacious is a joy to knit, soft and with a high twist so there’s no unfortunate splitting incidents to deal with. And strong! It took to a vigorous blocking, after which you’d swear there’s silk in it, so deeply does the finished shawl gleam with colour. Beautiful.
