sleeve - pick up 2 sts from cast off at underarm + 1 extra, knit sts on holder, pick up 3 more sts likewise at underarm. next row k2tog x 2, knit sts, ssk x 2
Sleeve length - 48 rows

19 aug - finished length of second sleeve
18 aug - 30 rows into second sleeve. Need to think about buttons. Need a stabilising length of braid?
15 aug - i-cord edge on sleeve done. Not entirely happy, still can’t get graft right at join.
14 aug - finished first sleeve. ended up w 33 sts after decreases at cuff bc pattern doesn’t add up properly.
13 aug - i-cord edging all done. picked up sts for first sleeve. k2tog row is marked
11 aug - body all knit (armholes on holders). Picked up sts all around for i-cord edging.
5 aug 2017 - provisional crochet chain cast on
