4 dec - finally picked this up again. Checked the pattern, checked what I’d done. On this row which would be the 10th increase row of section 4, I worked no sect at start and no m1 at end. I worked the yo’s but w a corresponding ssk. Am just going to work even from here, maybe 10 rows bw eyelet rows, maybe less.
22 June - have moved to eyelets every 10 rows. Still only increasing every 12th row. Increasing every other eyelet row (so worked yo, ssk)
20 jun - worked 8th row of eyelets after only 10 rows. worked yo, ssk, no incr at end. will do incr at end on 12th row as per pattern. plan to do next incr row after 8 rows as yo incrs.
13 jun - finished ball 2 at almost 6th row of eyelets on section 4
11 jun - completed 5th increase row of section 4. Second ball almost finished. Am having trouble envisaging that I’ll use the full amount specified but intend to just knit to the end of the yarn anyway.
7 jun - ok, stitch count went slightly off at the very end so i added in an extra pair of plain rows w an increase to get to the correct st count - 167sts
5 june - just did 35th rpt of section 3 and have re-knit all the yarn that i ripped out a few days ago …
29 may - section 2 complete, twentieth increase of section three complete. used up first skein some rows ago. don’t really see how this is going to take up three full skeins but these things often surprise me …
23 may - 13th incr row done
21 may - 11th incr row done. had to rip a couple of increases bc ha only knit 8 instead of 12 rows :(
20 May 2016 - cast on this morning. V soothing knitting. Have completed 9th incr row of section 1. 5 to go. V happy w colour of yarn.
