Notes

The designer (pictured knitting on my sock) is a bit crazy.

5/19/2010 - Up to the toe last night of sock 1. I was tired and wasn’t confident in my sleepy short row toe skills. I had to drop down a couple columns on the bottom of the foot due to a twisted stitch that ended up under the ball of the foot. It’s a little wonky now, but will block out. I’m also hoping that the yarn fluffs a little once it’s washed. The fabric is a bit too open for my liking at the moment. Once sock 1 is done, I will wash it to see.

5/13/2010 - I turned the heel on the first sock the other day. I had to ask the previously mentioned crazy designer about the foot patterning. The first repeat of rows 1 and 3 has to be cut in half since there are 7 repeats around the whole sock, for my size, so 4.5 repeats for the top of the foot for the medium size.

5/7/2010 - New goal. Finish before next club installment comes at the end of June. Quite an attainable goal at that!
