3/31/2010 - Finished sewing the buttons and weaving in ends, with help from Jesh at her family’s seder! Better pictures to come!

3/28/2010 - All that’s left as of last night is the collar, sewing buttons on and weaving in ends. I want to wear it to seder tomorrow, but we’ll see.

3/23/2010 - After putting this down for a bit (not sure why), I picked it back up this weekend and discovered how close I am to finishing. I’m glad others I know have done this pattern because there are some parts that I think I know what to do, but could be written more clearly or out in plain words. Like the Left back and front shoulder say to work them as the right shoulder, but then you’d have to knit backwards or something. It should say work as the right shoulder reversing the stitches or something (k becomes p, ssk becomes p2tog, etc..). Overall, I’m quite pleased and it fits well when I try it on.

12/22/2009 - Started sleeve #1!

12/21/2009 - Ok, so I have one more repeat before starting the sleeves. This WILL get done before the end of the year.

12/3/2009 - Didn’t make it halfway, but got more accomplished in the month than I would have otherwise. I have 15 bees and now hope to finish this year.

11/8/2009 - 5 repeats as of today. Not bad for a week of knitting, but not for getting it done by the end of the month. sigh Must knit faster!

11/6/2009 - 2 sets of ‘bees as of last night. A couple of them are mutant bees because I forgot about the 4sts cast on before knitting into the stitches in row 5. Oh well. It’s mine, no doubt!
I need to pick up the pace!
