Notes

3/2/2010 -First picture is the center of the shawl pinned out to block. This is my first time blocking lace and WOW!

3/1/2010 - Finished around 10:30PST/1:30am EST. Thought I had time to mark the project finished so I was waiting to put up a finished picture before posting to the Finish Line. sigh and yawn Quite happy with the finished shawl and will block it tonight. Just posted to the Finish Line. Cross your fingers The top pictures are unblocked.

2/20/2010 - Got up to row 124 today. My hands are tired!

2/18/2010 - It’s going along well. Almost ready to change needle sizes. The new skein didn’t soften up from getting bumped around in my bag for months and it’s been irritating the finger I hodl the yarn tension with. I have to figure something out. Maybe put a small bandaid in the spot.

2/16/2010 - Lots done over the weekend! I’m now in netting land and joined the second skein.

1/5/2010 - Decided this will be my Ravelympics 2010 project. Need to power through it!

8/9/2009 - Ack! After 3 months of time-out, I took this out of it’s hiding place and looked to figure out the problem. I have one missing stitch that I don’t mind picking up and fudging, my count is fine otherwise. The pattern may not line up, but I don’t care! Time to work on this baby some more!
5/6/2009 - Ok, so it didn’t have to get ripped out, but it’s causing me grief so it’s getting a time out.
5/4/2009 - So I’m totally confused as to what happened between rows 11 and 12 of Madeira to my shawl. I was counting sts and there are some repeats with 10 some with 11 and one with 9… Anyway… while thoroughly looking over each section I noticed a stitch just hanging out way back in the Bleeding Heart section. Shown in the last picture. Going to see what the ladies say at the S&B tomorrow before doing anything drastic. I may be able to run a lifeline somewhere.
5/4/2009 - I got through row 11 of the Madeira chart. I started row 12, but several repeats in I did something with moving the marker one to the right and was too tired to figure it out last night and feared screwing it up more. Also, need to update the picture since I’ve made lots of progress over the weekend!
5/1/2009 - Up to the Madeira chart. I plan on starting it tonight! Also, the pink-purple that’s in this colorway sort of matches my purple corduroy pants. And I think I switched to the 47” a little early as I have to keep moving the stitches around. it’s getting a bit annoying. I imagine in a few rows, this will work itself out.
4/30/2009 - Holy moly! 290 stitches! I’m up to the knit rounds before the Madeira chart starts and I knit onto a 47” circ.
4/29/2009 - Done with the Bleeding heart chart!
4/28/2009 - Up to the 9th row of the chart. I got some lunchtime knitting done today.
4/26/2009 - Up to the 4th row of the Bleeding Heart chart.
