Knitting: Baby Blanket
Start in the center and work your way outward in one piece. Finish the blanket with a simple garter edge or work in picot bind-off for a little flare. The pattern was designed to show off dramatic color combinations and uses every bit of 4 skeins of Blue Sky Alpaca Worsted Cotton (one skein of each color).
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Simple ribbed brim hat decorated with buttons and duplicate stitch embroidery.
Knitting: Baby Blanket
When I made this blanket, there were loads of fuzzy, plush yarns around. But now Patons “Be Mine” is discontinued and I don’t see so many similar yarns in stores. Possible substitutes include: Plymouth “Heaven” or Trendsetter “Zucca.”
Knitting: Stocking
There is only one size available, but using worsted weight yarn and/or smaller needles would make a smaller hat, just be sure to check your gauge!
