This is an easy and fun shawl to knit with wonderful result and as I always say It’s a wonderful thing to make something with your hands.

Ponchos are always a great way to spice up a wardrobe and I think this Mini Poncho will do just that. I did the increasing by going up needle sizes rather than using traditional increases which is something I have been wanting to try out for a while. I wanted to design something with Cascade Magnum for a long time and I figured an Infinity Scarf woud be perfect. I used one of my favority stitches-The Seed Stich and chose a beautiful Cardinal Red Color. I have to say it almost knit itself since it only took 4 hours. This was Fun & Quick just the way I like it.
I love stripes almost as much as I love a quick knit and this top has both. This garment is knit side to side which gives it a wonderful drape when finished but bear in mind it will also have a bit of stretch so when you measure your gauge hold your swatch up rather than laying it flat when you measure. Remember to check your gauge again after y...
Even though I used a stitch pattern on this project it is still very easy to knit up. You just knit two rectangles and sew the shoulder and side wa-lah you have a really cute poncho. I used Noro Cyochin (which is a new yarn for Noro) and like all of the Noro yarns it is a surprise when you’re knitting as the beautify colors present themsel...
