Every now and then people ask me to design something for them. Since I cannot keep every made piece myself I am usually happy to do so.

With its diamonds growing larger with every diamond repeat the pattern made me think of the american diamond back rattlesnake. It is a pattern that is fairly quick to realise and it makes a great last minute gift. If you have some experience knitting lace, then this should be a peace of cake. I do recommend that you block the finished work.
