Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is a quick (2 hrs or less) and easy (knit & purl) hat for a beginning knitter with some experience. I chose to attempt a new cast-on (for me anyway) called the German Twisted Knit Cast-On, and I LOVE it!!! It is, however, optional; use whatever cast on you prefer. An excellent tutorial for the German Twisted Knit Cast-On is recommended ...

Knitting: Doll Clothes
Every girl’s doll will look adorable in this easy-to-knit short sleeve bolero and it will complement her little outfit as well. This is a portable, can-be-knit in a day project. Most is knit on straight needles, and the edging is knit in the round on a circular needle.
Knitting: Cloche Hat
This easy, easy, easy knit-in-the-round cloche is quite warm because it uses doubled yarn. It begins from the wide brim with the Garter Stitch and then changes to stockinette stitch through the crown.
Knitting: Doll Clothes
This is just a cute and easy to knit three-piece set for 18 inch dolls such as American Girl. I liked using sock yarn - tiny stitches for a tiny subject! I tried to match up the self-striping yarn as well as I could when creating the legwarmers.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
If you have any experience with knitting and already know how to knit in the round or want to learn, this is a great project to complete.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
This seamless beret is perfect for cool weather. Before proceeding, go through to highlight the directions for the size you are creating (just to avoid confusion)! Knitting: Hats - Other
This very stretchy ruffled sunhat is lightweight for crisp cool spring or autumn days and nights. It uses the Garter stitch throughout - first in rows for the body of the hat and then in rounds for the ruffle.

This is a cute cover up over a leotard for 18” dolls. The sweater is worked back and front in one piece and then the sleeves are added on the sides before the side seams are sewn together. The ribbing around it is worked last.
Knitting: Doll Clothes
This is an easy pattern - no fancy schmancy stitches - mainly knit and purl stockinette stitches.
Knitting: Doll Clothes
Cool weather requires cute cover-ups. What is more fitting than a poncho and beret to keep the chill off? The pattern requires some intermediate skills for the provisional tubular cast-on. The recommended yarn is Caron Simply Soft 100% acrylic and will take approximately 180 yds of the main color and maybe up to 25 yds for the flowers and trim o...

Knitting: Headband, Earwarmers
This is a great way to use up stash yarn taking over your craft space. I used worsted weight yarn, but “Simply Soft” tends to be closer to a DK. It is so soft to work with, and I tend to use it often!
Knitting: Earflap Hat
I was asked to make a White Sox hat first, so I designed a quick and easy way to knit one with gently curved earflaps that do not curl. I then decided to try to make a plain two colored hat with a pom-pom, a flowered baby girl hat without a pom-pom, and the crazy rockhopper penguin hat just because I love penguins.
Knitting: Brimmed Hat
I love retro and vintage and especially anything from the 1920s/flapper era. This reminds me of the bygone era’s bucket hats. It can be worn wth the brim four different ways - completely down to cover the eyes, one side up, both sides up, rolled completely up!
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
If you love using double-pointed needles, this is an easy, knit in a day, portable project. The gloves are very warm besides being useul for anyone who needs the use of bare fingertips outdoors (or indoors).

Knitting: Cloche Hat
This adorable set was inspired by my 4 1/2 year old granddaughter who asked if I would knit her a pink hat. Then she wanted to know what else I could knit for her - her suggestion? Boots! I told her that wasn’t possible, but I could knit her a scarf. She loved the idea and this is the set I came up with for both her and her younger sister.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is a fun and quick pattern. It makes an adorable newborn hat that can either be given as a gift or make several and donate them to your local hospital’s newborn nursery!

Top down, knitted-in-the round on double-pointed needles girl’s (or boys) mittens. Cute and quick to make. A Turkish Cast-On gives them a beautiful seamless quality. The heart embellishments are sewn on after the knitting with a duplicate stitch in a contrasting color. They might actually look nice with the same color just to give the mitt...
Knitting: Cloche Hat
Four very easy newborn knitting patterns using the same basic instructions for each.
Knitting: Throw
Designed to be donated to a school auction in the school colors and logo, I loved knitting this and wanted to share the pattern with others. It is knit all in one piece! The paw prints are duplicate stitch after the knitting is completed.
Knitting: Baby Blanket
Soft, airy and oh so cute for a new little bundle of joy! This project is knit enitrely in one piece, so there are no seams to sew and nothing to irritate baby’s delicate skin.
Knitting: Dress

These are little cotton sunhats to protect baby’s tender head either from a chill in the air or from the sun. It’s a small enough project to be quite portable as well.

Baby’s first musical instrument, well, more of a soft noisemaker, but one they use in baby music classes. It’s perfectly safe and very soft. The hats were designed to be given away to hospitals that care for premature babies. The patterns are for very tiny hats to hopefully fit 1.5-4 or 5 lb. infants. They are designed to be shallow, so they will hopefully not need to be turned up at the brim. They are stretchy beyond their given finished measurements. Lastly, they are extremely soft...

There are no irritating seams to bother delicate skin. There is nothing to sew other than weaving in loose ends, and there is no way around that really (unless you’re a knitter wh...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I had so much fun making these beanies (and more). It doesn’t take much worsted weight yarn to create one, so go through your stash and go crazy! The beanie is knit in the round, so either use a short (12-16”) circular needle, the magic loop method if using a longer needle, or double-pointed needles - whatever is the most comfortable...
Knitting: Beret, Tam
This warm and very soft beret will be a wonderful accessory for cold weather. It is easy enough for a beginning knitter to try because it uses only knit and purl stitches to create the pattern.
Knitting: Ankle Sock, Mid-calf Socks
I have made so many pairs of socks following this pattern for adult sized feet. Measure the person’s foot and adjust the yarn and needles accordingly - 44 stitches will be used for all foot sizes. Use larger needles for wider feet, and you can also use smaller than size 0 needles for tinier adult feet.
Knitting: Brimmed Hat
NOTE: Round 3 of the decrease rounds for the ruffled brim should read K3, K2tog for size 0-3 months instead of K4, K2tog. Customers have been sent an email to download the updated version and the old version has been replaced.
