This hat is a beanie with the colorwork from the 2026 Team USA Winter Games uniforms, specificly the hats they will wear during the opening ceremony and some snow sports. They have similar, but slightly different, motifs on their sweaters.

For the Red, White, and Blue yarn the maximum yardage you will need respectively is 14 yards, 23 yards, and 60 yards. Details by size below.

This pattern is primarily 2 color colorwork
but does have 4 rows of 3 color colorwork.

There are 7 motifs in the small, 8
in the medium, and 9 in the large.

Your finished hat size should be 2-3 inches
smaller than your head size, but I have put
both the head and hat sizes in the size
chart.

Small: 16” (Fits heads 19-20’)
11 yards Red, 18 yards White, 47 yards Blue

Medium: 19” (Fits heads 21”-22”)
12 yards Red, 21 yards White, 53 yards Blue

Large: 20.5” (Fits heads 22-23.5”)
14 yards Red, 23 yards White, 60 yards Blue
