In issue 5 we published the memorable Heart Blanket.
It was, unsurprisingly, a huge success. Designer Bonnie Franz used Kureyon, perhaps the most iconic NORO yarn, in three color ways. The NORO Design Team in Japan were so inspired, they used the chart to create this scarf, knit in two pieces and joined with a three-needle bind-off at the center back.
Each side features three hearts, again knit in Kureyon, but in only two colors. Ribbed edges prevent rolling.

Sample shown in Kureyon
4 balls in 425-Toride (MC)
1 ball in 102-Miyama (CC)

January 2021: A kit for this scarf is available in the USA as part of Knitting Fever Inc’s “Lockdown Relief Kit” program. Ask your favorite NORO retailer for details.
